- To be responsible for estimating and proposal preparation of deep foundation, temporary and permanent works and other construction related trades
- To lead a team of Cost Planners / Senior Quantity Surveyors
- To be responsible for the preparation of tender, quotations, variation orders, BQ, Cost planning, etc
- To undertake the bidding process for new civil engineering tenders
- To be responsible for price negotiations, working out cost estimates and packaging of proposals

Job Requirements:
- Singaporeans and PRs only
- Min. Degree / Masters in Building & Construction / Civil Engineering / Construction Management /


Quantity Surveying or related disciplines! (From local institutions)
- Min. 8 – 10 years of relevant working experience in a similar cost planning / estimating role, preferably with quantity surveying experience in building & construction projects!- With excellent estimating, project management and design in intensive civil construction activities!
- Must be well-versed in contractual requirements and proven track records in working effectively as a liaison with consulting engineers, sub-contractors and owners!
- Must be meticulous and focused in tenders, bidding details!
- Possess excellent communication, technical related and negotiation skills!
- Willing to work in the Central area
