HR Development Executive
OBJECTIVE
Assist Human Resources Development Manager in organizing and coordination of people development functions in order to support the business operations excellence within the organization.

REQUIREMENT
• Minimum Bachelor Degree from Reputable University
• 2-3 years experience in Human Resources / Learning Development
• Experience in developing learning module/ curriculum
• Knowledge of full cycle of HR Development (TNA, Training matrix, training evaluation, ROI, etc.)
• Good facilitating and teaching skill
• Good in computer skill with excellent in Power Point
• Good administration and financial recording
• Fluent communication skills in English, verbal and written
